Salmon    Salmon

 

Tortilla Francesa       Omelet
Calabacín                  Courgette/Zucchini

Alga Nori     Nori seaweed
 
Ponemos en una esterilla para sushi una hoja de alga.
We put in a sushi mat a sheet of seaweed.

Cubrimos el alga con arroz, hay que dejar un trozo sin cubrir.
We cover the seaweed with rice, a piece must be left uncovered.

Maki:

 

Ponemos las tiras de los ingredientes.

Put on the rice the strips of the different ingredients.

Enrollamos utilzando la esterilla de sushi.

Roll up using the sushi mat.

Ahora cortamos el rollo.
Now cut the roll.

Uramaki:

El arroz está en el exterior así que rellenamos la parte por el alga.
Rice is on the outside so we fill the part for the seaweed.
